What is a community forum?

The community forum is a message board intended for users to post and respond to messages about online shopping, fashion, clothing, etc. Once you sign up to become a member, you can interact with others throughout the country. It is a great place to get help on locating items, find promotion codes and coupons, and talk to friends.

How do I sign up to be a member of the community forum?

We are thrilled that you have an interest in becoming a member of the community forum. We know that you will find it beneficial in your quest to find new and exciting online stores, special deals, and people who also are interested in online shopping, clothing, fashion, etc. Because the message board was created by an outside party not affiliated with Miss List, they have generated their own set of frequently asked questions regarding the use of the message board. Please see the links provided on the community forum page for instructions on how to become a member, how to search for members, and how to post, delete and respond to messages. What can/can’t I post to the message board?

We ask that you use your best judgement when posting and responding to messages in the community forum. We would like to create and maintain a positive and enjoyable environment for all users. Even though the focus of this site is on online shopping, we encourage you to talk about other topics that interest you. However, in doing so, we ask that you respect others' opinions and adhere to the following guidelines:

1. No explicit, vulgar, or obscene language
2. No personal, racial, religious or political attacks
3. No harassing, threatening, embarrassing or inflicting other unwanted acts upon a board member
4. No posting or referencing sexually explicit or illegal content
5. No "religious" discussions
6. No spamming
7. No advertisements/solicitations for products and/or services unless you are posting promotion codes and coupons to the appropriate section of the forum

The community forum is free of use to the public. Other users will have access to your posted material and may copy, modify or distribute it. Miss List assumes no responsibility, legal or otherwise, for the content of the messages posted to the community forum. We have sole discretion to remove any messages that fail to meet the guidelines outlined above without warning or explanation. Repeat offenders may be reported to their ISP and/or banned from this site.

How secure is my information once I sign up to be a member?

Miss List values your privacy and we want to make your user experience as safe as possible. While we will do our best to protect your privacy, there is always some risk involved when sending information over the Internet. To protect your secuirty we ask that you do not share your username or password with anyone. We also ask that you do not post any personal information to the message board, including, but not limited to, your full name, postal address, phone number, and e-mail address. Any e-mail addresses collected by Miss List are for the purpose of identification and authorization, so that you can post comments to the message board. We will not distribute your e-mail address to spammers and will do our best to protect them.
